I was thinking if South Africa bat first today and post a huge total then they have a good chance of beating the Aussies. South Africa did bat first after winning the toss but ended up posting a very low total which they cannot defend. Aussies are well on course to another final.
Can they win again and make it a hatrick world cup crown?! or will it be Srilankans who will fight the best of Aussies? we will see soon.

I believe that Hayden is in top form of his lifetime. With McGrath bowling exceptionally well this season and power shoulders like Hussey and Symonds behind the Aussies, they have displayed a clinical performance in every match they played.
Not to leave out Lankans who are improving game by game. But we should think about the Srilankan top order. If they lose 3 wickets at regular interval, then I believe they have lost the cup. Then McGrath and Ponting will be the only players who have played 4 (consecutive) worldcup finals and to win 3 of them. ;-)
